Backed by series veterans Final Fantasy, Artisan Studios delivered to us this fall Astria Ascending, a role-playing game inspired by Japanese classics of the genre. The little knights of Knight squad made a comeback on consoles and PC last April, to the delight of fans of multiplayer games as chaotic as they are delirious. Eight fighters face off in a plethora of arenas and game modes, from flag capture to ice soccer to the now must-have battle royale. The quick start allows young players to challenge their elders, which will guarantee you a very lively evening in the family lounge.

It is never easy to breathe new life into a beloved franchise when it has been lying fallow for several years. This is the challenge that Frima had to take up in developing the role-playing game Disciples : Release. Thirty-five artisans worked remotely for 20 months to offer players a new adventure in the universe of Nevendaar. It will take the player about 80 hours if he wishes to complete the 270 or so quests and hope to recruit the fifty or so different units that can make up his army.
