The new fr+ platform, intended for young Francophones and Francophiles, has been online since February 8.
Reserved for young people aged 14 to 17, this social network allows users to discuss their areas of interest.
The newsfeed is personalized according to the preferences of the members, determined during the creation of the account.
As on other social networks, it is possible to react to publications and comment under them.
Some functions could be added to the platform soon, depending on user requests. They could challenge each other, discuss among themselves and manage their contact networks.
The director general of the non-profit organization French for the Future, Emeline Laurent, assures that there are three levels of security for users.
Emeline Laurent affirms that this platform is a space intended for young people only.
” We really want it to remain a space where young people will have the freedom to express themselves without feeling judged. »
According to Emeline Laurent, the platform could expand if there is sufficient demand from adults.
