The statement was released after a cabinet meeting on the pandemic, amid growing concerns over the spread of the Omicron variant.
The decision of the Expert Committee on the Pandemic to approve the fourth dose is

Immunocompromised people will also be able to receive the fourth dose, which can be administered to them, as well as to people over 60 and medical teams, at least four months after the third injection, the health ministry said in a statement. .
