Putin promises Belarus missiles capable of carrying nuclear warheads | War in Ukraine

During a meeting in Saint Petersburg with Vladimir Putin, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko shared with his Russian counterpart his concerns and worries about the policies aggressive and conflicting of its Lithuanian and Polish neighbours.
