The game, which mixes the world of Mario with that of the Rabbids – silly but endearing creatures – is one of the titles presented Monday during the Nintendo Direct Mini. It had already been announced last year, but its release date was yet to be confirmed.
The event, streamed online on Nintendo’s YouTube account, aimed to reveal some of the upcoming games coming to the Nintendo Switch.
In total, spectators were able to learn more about twenty games created by partner studios of the Japanese giant.
Nintendo has notably got its hands on Deny: Automata, a hit 2017 title released on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. The version for the Nintendo Switch, which will be released on October 6, offers new costumes and accessories for the heroes.
Pac-Man fans will also be treated to a remastered version of Pac-Man Worldcalled Pac-Man World Re-PACscheduled for August 26.
